Within the scope of our real estate consultancy activities;
- Execution of real estate sales, rental, and marketing processes,
- Ensuring buyer-seller / tenant-landlord communications,
- Management of offer receiving, appointment, contract, appraisal, listing, and presentation processes,
- Information and follow-up for official institution transactions,
- Execution of accounting, finance, and current account follow-up processes,

- Official institutions and organizations such as Land Registry Office, notary, municipality,
- Banks, financial institutions, persons/companies from whom we receive insurance and consultancy services,
- Real estate listing platforms (sahibinden.com, hepsiemlak.com, emlakjet.com),
- Buyer-seller / tenant-landlord parties as per the contract.
5. Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Reasons
Your personal data is collected through contracts, WhatsApp, e-mail, digital listing platforms, phone calls, website, in-office camera systems, and face-to-face meetings.
Legal reasons:
- KVKK No. 6698, relevant legislation, and legal obligations,
- Establishment and performance of the contract,
- Legitimate interest,
- Explicit consent (for photo/video, digital listing usage, promotion, and marketing processes)
6. Your Rights Under KVKK
In line with your rights under Article 11 of KVKK; you have rights such as learning whether your personal data is processed, requesting correction or deletion, objecting to processing activities, and learning the persons/institutions to whom it is transferred.
